Crime and Punishment

In this five week course, your student will complete writing drills based around Dostoevsky’s brooding novel Crime and Punishment (1866). For the first seven days of reading, your student will build skills at the sentence- and paragraph-levels. For the next two weeks, he or she will finish reading the novel. The last weeks culminate in an analytical essay, written with our curriculum as a guide. Following our basic instructions, your student will progress easily from the thesis-statement to the outline to the final draft.
